Hadrien Hoogendam

Hadrien Hoogendam has a diverse background combining leadership, education, and aviation. Currently serving as Vice President and Treasurer at Solve Consulting NL since August 2024, Hadrien also contributes to Hockey Vereniging Victoria as a board member and head coach for top youth teams since January 2018. Hadrien's experience includes a role as a flex worker in secondary education, providing interim teaching in subjects such as Economy, French, and Maths. As a private pilot for LionAir Rotterdam, Hadrien operates a Cessna under a PPL license. Additional roles include serving as President of Stichting NYMMT and working as a DJ for DJ Baguette. Hadrien's previous positions include interim office manager at Primo Marine, M&A intern at Factor & Ros, and junior MSP consultant at Staffing Management Services. Academically, Hadrien has pursued studies in Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management and obtained law and civil engineering qualifications from Erasmus University and TU Delft, respectively.
