Crystal Lawes

Crystal Lawes is an experienced user experience researcher with a robust background in psychology and human-computer interaction. Currently serving as the Lead User Experience Researcher at FBS since July 2019, Crystal has previously held roles including User Experience Researcher at DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media and a UX Researcher intern at Amazon. Crystal's early career included significant experience in client service and psychological assessment at CTF Illinois and Shapiro Developmental Center, respectively. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University, a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
