Nathan Andrus possesses extensive experience in customer success and technology management within the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at FBS since October 2021, Nathan has previously held multiple roles there, including Solutions and Communications Manager and Customer Onboarding Manager. Prior to FBS, Nathan was the Director of Information Technology at MichRIC, LLC, where responsibilities included providing MLS database services to over 8,500 members across 12 REALTOR associations in Michigan. Nathan began a career in real estate technology at the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS®, serving as an MLS Specialist, focusing on technology implementation, integration, and training for members and staff.
