Alex Tom has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years. alex started their career in 1998 at Tiburon Inc as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2013, they moved to Visa as a Senior QA Analyst. In 2015, they were hired by Auction.com as a Senior Software Engineer Test. In 2020, they were hired by Recurly as a Senior QA Engineer. Most recently, in 2023, they were hired by FBS as a QA Engineer.

Alex Tom attended San Francisco State University and earned a Bachelor's degree.
