Abhishek Mathur

Abhishek Mathur is the Founder of Potential Lab Ltd., an HR advisory and leadership coaching organization established in July 2022, focusing on addressing complex organizational challenges. Abhishek currently serves as a Human Resources Advisor for multiple companies, including GIMO, METUB, OnPoint E-commerce, FlexOS, Apollo Silicone, and RMIT University Vietnam. Previously, Abhishek was the Vice President and Chief People Officer at VNG Corporation from April 2020 to December 2022 and acted as CPO Advisor for Mekong Capital and HR Advisor for EcoTruck. Abhishek holds an Executive Masters in Change Management from INSEAD and various coaching certifications, reflecting a strong background in human resources management, organizational leadership, and coaching. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development.
