Ellen Resnick

Ellen is a FlexPaths’ consultant and employee communication and change management consultant. She has deep expertise in communication strategy and implementation for major organizational change, including merger/acquisition integration, downsizing and workplace moves. She has completed highly successful consulting engagements with major companies, including Sanofi, Pfizer, Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, and Honeywell. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Ellen held employee communication, leadership development, and marketing/product management positions at F1000 companies. She has participated in the following executive programs: Prosci Change Management Certification, Principles & Practices of Organizational Development (Columbia University), Development Dimensions International (DDI) Training Certification, and Leadership & High-Performance Teams, Center for Creative Leadership. She has provided her expertise under the FlexPaths’ brand as the change lead and change communications writer for Guardian Life Insurance Company.
