Meryl Rosenthal

Meryl is CEO, co-founder, and chairperson of the Board for FlexPaths. Meryl oversees the firm's practice areas and, for nearly two decades, through her work, she has aligned executives, empowered leaders, and advocated for employees to be productive, engaged, included, and supported. She regularly infuses thought leadership across projects, studies, publications, and public speaking on topics including, but not limited to, overcoming gender imbalance, navigating mid-life, creating sustainable organization, building the bridge for culture change, acclimating to a hybrid work model, leveraging space changes, among others. She has built a full-service, seasoned team of consultants with experts who have corporate experience and deep expertise in implementing practical, relatable people solutions. She cares deeply about people and making a long-term impact. Prior to founding FlexPaths, she spent 20 years in the financial services and insurance industry in P&L, strategic planning, and corporate roles, including serving as president of a highly regulated federal trust company.
