Traci Palm

Traci is a FlexPaths’ consultant with 30+ years of corporate experience at General Mills. Examples of her work include building and implementing project management frameworks, managing complex projects, and creating business process documentation and plans for optimization. She works with clients to clearly understand their needs and partners to create sustainable solutions and build plans for operationalizing. A recent project under the FlexPaths’ brand is for Pan-American Life, providing project management services to a cross-functional team in support of a multi-million dollar workplace renovation.
