Archena Titus

Archena Titus has a comprehensive legal background with significant experience in commercial law and litigation. Currently serving as the Director of the US Commercial Legal Team and Legal Counsel at Flexport since September 2019, Archena Titus specializes in drafting and negotiating freight, customs, and vendor agreements. Previous roles include Senior Counsel for Panalpina, focusing on customer and transportation contracts, and Associate positions at both Flemming Zulack Williamson Zauderer LLP and Landman Corsi Ballaine & Ford P.C., where Archena Titus handled complex litigation and employment law cases. Early experiences include clerking at the Superior Court of New Jersey and positions in law firms that provided foundational knowledge in labor law and bankruptcy. Archena Titus holds a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Philosophy from Miami University.
