Sue Dravis

Sue Dravis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product compliance and project management. Currently serving as a Product Compliance Analyst at Flexsteel Industries Inc. since 2018, Sue is responsible for managing and monitoring product compliance programs for residential home furnishings, facilitating cross-functional collaboration among various departments. Prior to Flexsteel, Sue held the role of Compliance Project Manager at Esterline Technologies Corporation from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included developing and implementing compliance management software systems. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at IBM from 2011 to 2015, overseeing multiple IT projects for corporate and government clients. Sue holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Marketing major from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
