Heather Ogan

Heather Ogan has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Heather is currently working as an Administrative Partner and CFO at FLG Partners, where they provide CFO consulting and board advisory services to help companies solve financial challenges and make strategic decisions. Prior to FLG Partners, Heather worked as a Consulting Controller at StubHub, NEXT Trucking, and Zūm, as well as a Consulting Controller and Interim Controller at Cutera, Inc. Heather also served as the VP Controller at HotelTonight, where they played a key role in online bookings of last-minute boutique hotel inventory. In addition, Heather has held positions as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Circa of America, LLC, and as a Senior Director, Assistant Controller, and Director of Accounting Operations & Consolidations at Rodan + Fields. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Accounting Manager at NaturEner USA and held multiple finance and administration roles at Sendmail, Inc. Overall, Heather has expertise in areas such as process improvement, M&A, strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management.

Heather Ogan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Heather also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. Additionally, they have been certified as a Certified Public Accountant by the California Board of Accountancy.
