Abby Armada is an experienced customer support professional with a strong background in managing and leading teams. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Support Manager at Flickr since June 2019, Abby oversees managers and senior roles, while also co-leading a fully-remote Hero team to enhance member support and team engagement. Previous roles include Customer Support Lead at Shortcut (formerly Clubhouse Software) and Code Climate, where Abby excelled in building customer support processes and achieving high satisfaction rates.
