Prior to this, James Miles spent over 34 years at Eli Lilly & Company, serving as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing facility projects ranging from $200,000 to $200,000,000. James Miles holds a degree in Electrical Technology from ITT and pursued further education at the University of Indianapolis from 1980 to 1990.
