Lika Nozadze, MBA, SPHRi™

Lika Nozadze, MBA, SPHRi™, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Since September 2018, they have been the Founder and CEO of Talent Flow - Management Consulting. Additionally, they serve as an Executive Coach and the Official Representative in Georgia for ALEAS Simulations, Inc., specifically for the FLIGBY - FLOW Is Good Business program. Lika also works as a Mental Health Consultant and Psychotherapist. Lika has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Caucasus University since November 2016, teaching various subjects. Lika is an International Affiliate Member of the American Psychological Association since August 2021. Lika is also an Advisory Board Member for the CEU Executive MBA program since April 2021 until June 2023. Lika has previously worked as an Adjunct Lecturer of HRM (BBA/ENG) at Bank of Georgia University from January 2019 to January 2020. Lika has also held roles as the HR Director and People, Culture, and Organizational Development at Nikora Supermarket from February 2019 to November 2019, and as a People & Culture Executive Consultant at JSC MFO Crystal from October 2019 to February 2019. Lika was an Adjunct Lecturer of Strategic HR Management at Ilia State University from September 2018 to February 2019. Overall, Lika has a strong background in management consulting, executive coaching, mental health consulting, teaching, and HR.

Lika Nozadze, MBA, SPHRi™, has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 2010-2011, they pursued an Executive MBA at CEU, specializing in General Management and Marketing Management. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they enrolled in the International Career Development Program at Cambridge International College, focusing on Human Resources/Personnel Management. Lika also completed several training programs from 2005 to 2009, acquiring certificates in HRM, PM, and PCM.

In 2000-2006, Lika attended Tbilisi State Medical University, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) with a concentration in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Psycho-somatic Medicine.

Additionally, Lika has obtained significant certifications in their field. Most notably, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) certification from HRCI in June 2021. Lika had previously obtained the SPHRi certification from the HR Certification Institute in August 2017.
