Javier D. Caruso is an accomplished entrepreneur and software professional with extensive experience in software engineering and startup mentorship. As the Founder and CEO of Webstarted since June 2019, Javier has built distributed software engineering teams and provided remote talent solutions. Currently serving as a Startup Mentor at 500 Global and a General Partner at Webstarted Ventures, Javier also leads Webstarted Academy as CEO and oversees WebstartedHR as CEO and Product Owner. Additionally, Javier contributes expertise as a mentor at the Founder Institute and AceleraLatam, and has a background as an Independent Software Consultant. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Flight Club and Senior Software Engineer at BeaconLive.
