Lisa Marie Kröff has a strong background in HR management with a focus on performance and potential management. Lisa Marie started their career as a Dual Student at dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG, where they gained experience in education and training. After that, they worked as a Tutor in HR Management & Organization at Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg. Lisa then joined Daimler AG, first as an Intern in Performance & Potential Management Concepts and later as a Working Student in Performance & Potential Management. Lisa Marie then transitioned to Flightright, where they held various roles including HR Trainee, HR Generalist, and Teamlead HR at Chevalier. Currently, Lisa is a Senior HR Manager at both Chevalier Rechtsanwälte and freem. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR management and a commitment to professional growth.

Lisa Marie Kröff completed their education in a chronological order. In 2010, they began their Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre - Handel at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW), where they studied until 2013. Following that, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. In 2016, Lisa Marie Kröff spent a semester abroad at the Universidad de Cantabria, focusing on International Business. Recently, in 2022 and 2023, they attended Coaching Akademie Berlin and obtained a Systemic Business and Personal Coach (ECA) certification.
