James Ariail

James (Jammie) Ariail is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Defense Contracts at FlightSafety International and as an Adjunct Professor at Arlington Baptist University and Tarrant County College, James has a strong background in teaching both online and face-to-face courses. Previous roles include Director of Contracts at J&J Worldwide Services and Senior Manager of Contracts at Bell Flight, where James managed international military and commercial programs. James also led various ministries at Wellspring Church DFW and worked as a Health Coach with Optavia. James holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
