Alison Huffman

Alison Huffman is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience in food service management. Currently serving as a District Manager at Flik Hospitality Group since September 2017, Alison oversees campus management for Comcast HQ's food service programs, including budget writing, cost controls, and new unit openings. Prior experience includes a tenure at STARR RESTAURANTS CATERING GROUP LP, where Alison held the Director of Operations role, managing multiple upscale dining operations, leading a team of over 25 managers, and achieving notable awards such as Operation of the Year and Manager of the Year. Earlier, Alison contributed to Marathon Restaurants and Catering as a Catering Manager, refining catering services and implementing software solutions. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
