Christel Heinitz

Christel Heinitz has extensive work experience in tax-related roles. Christel is currently the Tax Director Germany at Flint Group, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PwC as a Senior Manager Tax from April 2017 to April 2022. From January 2011 to March 2017, they worked as a Tax Manager at GE Business Services GmbH. Before that, they worked as a Tax Specialist at GE Business Services Gmb from March 2005 to December 2010. Christel also held the position of Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft from October 2003 to February 2005. Christel began their career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft in January 2001, where they worked until September 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Prüfungs- /Beratungsassistentin at Wirtschaftstreuhand KG Dr. Grüber & Co. Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft/ Steuerberatungsgesellschaft from October 1999 to December 2000. Their earliest work experience was as a Sachbearbeiterin eines Veranlagungsbezirks at Finanzamt Montabaur from July 1999 to September 1999.

Christel Heinitz completed a dual-degree program in Finance Administration at the Finanzamt Montabaur and the Fachhochschule für Finanzen in Edenkoben from 1996 to 1999. Christel obtained a diploma in Finanzwirtschaft as a Finanzwirtin (FH). Additionally, they earned certifications in Advanced Manager Course from GE's Crotonville Institute in 2014, Green Belt-DMAIC Six Sigma from GE in 2005, and Steuerberaterin from the Hessisches Ministerium der Finanzen in 2003.
