Eric Gibbs

Eric Gibbs has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the packaging industry. Eric is currently working as a Sales Director at XSYS Global. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Sales for Flexographic Products and National Accounts Manager at Flint Group from 2013 to 2021. Before joining Flint Group, Gibbs worked at Matthews Brand Solutions as the VP of Packaging Solutions from 2011 to 2013, Director of Sales - North America from 2009 to 2011, and National Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Representative from 2001 to 2009. Eric started their career as a Sales Representative at Southern Graphic Systems in 1989 and worked there until 2000.

Eric Gibbs obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Missouri State University in the years 1980 to 1984. Eric also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2001 to 2003.
