Olga Mikulchik

Olga Mikulchik has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Olga currently holds the position of Head of Supply Chain & CS at Flint Group since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at UNILIN for almost nine years, starting in September 2011 as a Manager of Supply Chain System and leaving in August 2020. Olga also had a role as a Lean Manufacturing Manager at Magna International from 2009 to 2011.

Olga Mikulchik attended the Higher School of Economics from 2014 to 2015, studying Innovation Management. From 2003 to 2008, they attended the Povolzhskaya State Social and Humanitarian Academy (formerly known as Samara State Pedagogical University), but their field of study and degree are not specified.
