In 2005, they worked as an IN Engineer at PT Siemens Indonesia. From 2006 to 2011, Wiena worked as an Integration and Support Engineer, then Technical Consultant Experienced at eServGlobal. In 2008, they began working at Utiba as a L2 Support Leader and Sr. System Engineer, where they supported Indonesian customers and performed on project assignments. In 2016, Wiena became the Country Manager at Thunes, where they helped to make financial services accessible for everyone. Most recently, in 2020, they assumed the role of Head of Business Development and Operation at Flip.id.
