Emily Nguyen

Emily Nguyen has an extensive work experience, starting from their role as a Growth Marketer at FlipGive in 2013. Emily then moved on to various positions at Wattpad, including Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, Director of Product, and ultimately Head of Product. In 2021, they became the Co-Chapter Lead at APM Toronto. Currently, they are the Head of Product at Flipboard, where they are working on new developments in the Fediverse and ActivityPub, supporting decentralized social media.

Emily Nguyen attended Schulich School of Business - York University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their International Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Marketing. In 2014, they briefly attended HackerYou College of Technology, taking courses in Intro to HTML, CSS & Responsive Design.
