Abhijeet Kadam

Abhijeet Kadam has extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations, holding senior positions at prominent companies. At Flipkart, Abhijeet serves as Senior Director HRBP for Non Large Logistics and Ekart Business, previously occupying roles as Director HRBP for both Non Large Logistics and Ekart Business, as well as City Logistics. Prior to Flipkart, Abhijeet worked at Reliance Industries Limited as Vice President for HR & IR Transformation, along with other transformative roles in HR and IR. Earlier career experience includes positions at Unilever as Employee Relations Manager for South Asia and HR Head for both the Doom Dooma Factory and Customer Development in Central India. Abhijeet holds a Master in Labour Studies from 2007 and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shivaji University, completed in 2005.
