Ayon Basu

Ayon Basu currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Flipkart since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ayon held multiple positions at Ola from February 2018 to October 2021, including Associate Director - Group Legal & Lead Counsel - Global Mobility, Senior Manager - Legal & Lead Counsel - Mobility, and Manager - Legal, Regulatory and Compliance. Ayon began the career at Vodafone, working there from December 2015 to February 2018 in various legal capacities. Previous experience includes a role at Thomson Reuters in Corporate and Compliance Solutions and as an Associate/Of Counsel at S Jalan & Co. Additionally, Ayon interned at the Chamber of Senior Advocate Ranjan Bachawat. Ayon's education includes an ICSE & ISC in Business/Commerce from Calcutta Boys' School and a BBA LLB in Law and Business from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
