Monish Gandhi

Monish Gandhi is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering. Since April 2015, Monish has been a Principal Architect at Flipkart, overseeing all aspects of search systems, including Search Experience, Query Understanding, Ranking, and Auto Suggest. Previously, Monish held the position of Principal Engineer at Yahoo!, where the focus was on backend storage systems for Yahoo Mail, designed to manage billions of requests daily. Monish's earlier roles at AOL involved technical leadership on various projects, such as AOL Wallet and Search, while initial career stages included software engineering at IBM. Monish holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Gulbarga University.
