Parameswaran Balakrishnan is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and management, organizational transformation, and employee relations. Currently serving as Vice President HR for Supply Chain at Flipkart since November 2014, Parameswaran focuses on innovative practices to attract and retain top talent while building capabilities for future growth. Prior to Flipkart, Parameswaran held significant roles at Tata Motors, including Head of Employee Relations & CSR and Head of HR for the Passenger Car Business Unit, where efforts were directed towards organizational culture and excellence in practices. Parameswaran’s career began at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, where responsibilities included cultivating organizational culture and driving manufacturing excellence. Parameswaran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University.
