Richa Verma Agrawal

Richa Verma Agrawal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Senior Director of People Experience & HR Process Excellence at Flipkart since February 2022. Prior to this role, Richa held various senior positions, including Human Resources Director for Honeywell, and Regional Head for HR Enablement Functions at Deutsche Bank. Richa's extensive experience spans multiple organizations, such as ANZ, JPMorgan Chase, Hewitt Associates, Convergys, Wipro Spectramind, Dundee Bancorp India Private Limited, and as a Lecturer at the Academy for Information Technology and Management. Richa holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Jesus & Mary College, a Master's degree in Computer Applications from IGNOU, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering Training.
