Debankur Ghosh

Debankur Ghosh has a wealth of work experience. Debankur began their career in 2012 as a Student Academic Representative (STAR) at University College London. In 2014, they were an intern at Barclays Investment Bank, where they learned about the Investment Banking Industry and the role of technology. Debankur also worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Fliplet, a London-based startup, where they developed plugins for the system. In 2015, they joined Cisco as a Software Engineer and managed a product which was a web-based tool for recruiting new graduates. Debankur assembled and lead a team that included engineers and designers, and used focus testing and test-driven development to increase manager satisfaction by over 50%. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and Senior Software Engineer at Archer Software Corporation. Finally, in 2019, they returned to Fliplet as a Developer Team Lead and Frontend Developer.

Debankur Ghosh completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from University College London in 2015. Debankur then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, which they completed in 2019.
