Stella Fong

Stella Fong is the Vice President of People and Culture at Flipp, a position held since February 2022, after transitioning from a role as Director of People at Shopify, where Stella led a business partner team for various sectors. Prior to these roles, Stella had an extensive career at Procter & Gamble that spanned nearly 14 years, serving in multiple HR leadership capacities, including HR Director for Supply Network Operations and Employee Relations in Canada. Stella's experience includes oversight of talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR policies, as well as leading the global Workday implementation for Canada. Stella holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from Queen's University.
