Danielle Rapp

Danielle Rapp is an experienced leadership strategist and dance educator with a diverse career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Leadership Strategist at The Flippen Group and a Dance Instructor/Sub at TADA Dance Studio since 2014, Rapp has also been involved as a Retreat Coordinator/Hostess for DOTS - Daughters of the Spirit. Since 1981, Rapp has held various roles within the Conroe Independent School District, including Facilitator at the Conroe ISD Student Leadership Academy and Teen Leadership Teacher, while also contributing as a retired teacher and Drill Team Director at Knox Jr. High and Conroe High School. Rapp has been an independent presenter of Drill Team Leadership and Team Building Workshops since 2000 and has adjudicated for Champion Dance since 1998. Rapp holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Dance Teacher Education from Sam Houston State University and an Associate of Arts in Speech Teacher Education from Tyler Junior College.
