Rashmi Shivdasani

Rashmi Shivdasani is an accomplished professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources, IT & Admin at Flipspaces since July 2023. Previously, Rashmi held the position of Vice President - Head of Human Resources at Imarticus Learning, where responsibilities included team management and P&L management at the firm level. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various organizations such as Rainshine Global Inc. and Meet Entertainment Network LLP, Rashmi has demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles and human resources management. Earlier roles include consultancy at Indusion Consulting and positions at Avnet Technology Solutions and JLL India focusing on talent acquisition and manpower planning. Rashmi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from ICFAI University and a BMS in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
