Mark Phelps

Mark Phelps is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Flipt Software since October 2022. Previously, Mark held various engineering roles at GitHub from June 2019 to September 2022, including Staff and Senior Software Engineer positions. Prior to GitHub, Mark worked at CloudBees as a Senior Software Engineer after the company acquired Codeship, where Mark was also a Senior Software Engineer. Mark’s extensive experience includes key engineering roles at companies such as POPSUGAR, Validic, Bronto Software, SchoolDude.com, and Mechdyne Corporation. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, completed in 2008.
