Fran Marciano

Fran Marciano has a long and varied work experience. Fran began their career in 1990 as a Clinical Manager at NSDA. In 1996, they took on the role of Dir. Specialty Svc/Field Ops Mgr at DCMI, where they managed six local dental offices, developed Standard Operating Procedures manuals, defined and developed OSHA standard manuals, and successfully launched orthodontic and oral surgery specialty departments. In 1999, they became an Executive Assistant at Reynolds and Reynolds, where they were a two-time winner of the Exceptional Employee of the Month. In 2001, they took on the role of Office Manager-Office Operations Executive Assistant to the General Partner at CID Capital Partners, where they achieved performance goals for three years running and was part of the website re-design team. In 2005, they became Office Manager-Office Operations Executive Assistant to the CFO at Ubiquity Brands, LLC. Finally, in 2008, they became the Director of Accounting & Office Operations at FLIRT Communications, LLC.

Fran Marciano received a BA in Business Administration from DePaul University between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Morton College from 1973 to 1974, where they obtained a C.D.A in Certified Dental Assistant. Fran is also a Notary Public for the State of Illinois.
