Jennifer Ceran is an accomplished board member and financial executive with extensive experience in high-growth technology and digital platforms. Currently serving on the boards of Mesh Payments, Flock Safety, Klaviyo, Riskified, Wyze, and NerdWallet, Jennifer holds roles including Audit Chair at Klaviyo, Riskified, and NerdWallet. Previous leadership positions include Interim CFO at Klaviyo and CFO at both Smartsheet and Quotient Technology Inc. Jennifer's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Communications and French from Vanderbilt University.
