We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Digital Marketing Director with exceptional leadership and team management skills. If you are a strategic thinker with a well-rounded understanding of digital marketing who thrives as a leader in a fast-paced, remote-first, start-up environment—we want you to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and manage our dynamic and growing digital marketing team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Digital Marketing: Lead and manage a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals
- Marketing Operations: Oversee the marketing budget and improve initiative performance with a growth-oriented approach
- Project Management: Manage timelines and resources to ensure the successful delivery of marketing projects
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion while overseeing the implementation of content marketing, social media, and email marketing campaigns
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive marketing efforts
- Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and achieve business objectives
- Leadership: Foster a vibrant team culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing organization
What you bring:
- 10 years of experience in leadership roles within digital, brand, marketing communications, marketing operations, or integrated marketing
- Experience managing small teams of 5 to 10 people within a startup or corporate environment
- Financial literacy in marketing and a successful track record of managing budgets and analyzing marketing performance across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, email marketing, copywriting, strategy, and project management
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
- Exceptional communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and drive marketing-led projects
- Exceptional organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills with proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for people management and fostering a motivating team environment

- Start-up experience or exposure to high-growth environments
- Familiarity with the creator, influencer, or small business space or have worked for a lifestyle brand beloved by ambitious millennials and Gen Z consumers
What we bring:
- $170,000-$190,000 base salary
- 10% discretionary annual bonus
