Dustin Pawelk

Dustin Pawelk has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Dustin is currently the Director of Operations at Floe International, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Fireball Fab & Metals Sales LLC from February 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at Premier Marine, Inc. where they held various roles including Production Manager, Materials Manager, and Production Supervisor from July 2012 to February 2020.

Dustin Pawelk obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Rasmussen University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
