Regine T. Hagen

Regine T. Hagen has an extensive work history spanning multiple industries. Regine T. began their career as a sales clerk and eventually became the Assistant Store Manager for BIT Oslo City AS from 2006 to 2007. In 2012, they took on multiple roles, including Service Support Assistant at Pon Power and various positions within 360 - Students for Sustainability, where they managed the 360° Academy and served as a board member. Regine T. also interned at the United Nations ESCAP in 2013. From 2015 onwards, they joined Flokk, starting as a Project Manager of Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions before progressing to Business Development Manager, Finance Development Manager, and currently as the Head of ESG and Finance Development. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Business Controller at Scandinavian Business Seating in 2015. Throughout their career, Regine has demonstrated a strong focus on sustainability, responsible management, and strategy development.

Regine T. Hagen started their education at BI Norwegian Business School in 2007, where they pursued part-time studies in Human Resource Management in Retail. Regine T. then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in International Marketing at the same institution from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they also attended Fudan University, where they further focused on International Marketing and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.

Afterward, they pursued their Master's degree at Copenhagen Business School from 2011 to 2014, specializing in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on International Business. In 2012 to 2013, they also studied at HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, where they completed a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, specializing in International Business.
