Vinu Alappat

Vinu Alappat is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and program management within the telecommunications and IoT sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for North America at floLIVE since March 2022, Vinu is responsible for managing relationships with over 50 clients globally. Prior to floLIVE, Vinu led program management for Verizon's prepaid services at Mavenir and was instrumental in deploying advanced IMS networks. Vinu's tenure at Ericsson spanned 14 years, during which leadership roles included spearheading the 5G Edge program, pioneering automation projects, building a services portfolio, and securing significant contracts. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and an MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
