Brittany Shaw

Brittany Shaw currently serves as the Manager of Customer Success EMEA at FloQast, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Success function during the company's EMEA expansion and ensuring optimal software usage among teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to FloQast, Brittany held various roles at Paycom from 2011 to October 2016, including Executive Client Relations Representative and Corporate Trainer, focusing on training execution and client relationship management. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 2010.
