Cristina Tomas has extensive work experience in marketing and trade marketing roles. Cristina currently works at Upfield as the Marketing Lead for the Violife South West Europe Cluster. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Manager for Iberia New Categories at Upfield. Cristina also worked as a Project Lead Marketing a.i. where they were responsible for launching a new vegan cheese brand in Spain.

In 2009, they completed a PMM degree from Esade in the field of Marketing. Subsequently, in 2016, they attended the Nourishing Leadership Programme at Hult Ashridge, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In 2016, they obtained the title "The Complete Skilled Negotiator" from The Gap Partnership. Recently, Cristina completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Digital Marketing from thePower in 2020. Cristina is also expected to acquire a certification from ThePower Business School in 2023.
