Ian Hepburn is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategic leadership and transformation within the consumer goods sector. Currently serving as Marketing Director UK at Upfield since January 2023, Ian previously held the same position at Evergreen Garden Care, overseeing renowned brands such as Miracle-Gro and Roundup. Prior to consulting independently, Ian spent over a decade at Mars, where significant contributions included directing extensive business change programs and enhancing digital marketing initiatives for major brands. Ian’s career began with marketing roles at Kraft Foods Group and PepsiCo, building a solid foundation in brand management and development. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford.
