Mariusz Leśnicki

Mariusz Leśnicki, CISM has extensive work experience in various IT roles. Mariusz is currently the Head of IT Foundation Services at Upfield, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the IT Director at FM Logistic from 2020 to 2022, where they oversaw the development and support of the global IT competency center.

Before their time at FM Logistic, Mariusz worked at Danone from 2001 to 2020. Mariusz held several positions during their tenure, including Senior IT Manager - Central Europe & Nordics, where they led a team of 30 employees and was responsible for IT support, IT security, compliance, and infrastructure for multiple countries and offices.

In previous roles at Danone, Mariusz managed IT systems in the digital, sales, marketing, BI, finance, and HR domains. Mariusz successfully led projects such as the implementation of SAP R/3, Navision, and mobile sales systems. Throughout their career, Mariusz has demonstrated expertise in project management, vendor management, and driving technology innovation.

Mariusz Leśnicki, CISM obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1997 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended I LO im. St. Dubois w Koszalinie from 1993 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Mariusz Leśnicki, CISM has obtained various certifications such as AgilePM® Foundation, Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM), ITIL v4 Foundation, The Phoenix project, Prince2 Foundation, Negotiation skills, Techniki prezentacji II, Management by coaching, Situational Leadership SLII, and Menedżer na co dzień.
