Jeff Avila is an experienced professional in the personal care and nutraceutical industries, serving as the Founder & Principal of Flora Reserve since 2020, where commercialization and distribution services for sustainable brands are provided. Currently a Co-Founder of Reap & Glow™, Jeff collaborates with plant biologists to develop advanced phyto-extracts for skincare. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at Geltor Inc., Jeff focused on vegan protein technologies for various industries. Additional roles include management consulting, CMO at Novel Ingredients, and VP positions at TerraVia and Algenist.
