Ali abu Ras - Pmp®-Psm1

Ali Abu Ras is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as Project Manager and Scrum Master at Floranow since August 2023, responsibilities include facilitating the Scrum process and removing obstacles for the team. Prior to this role, Ali managed projects at Shahid from February 2015 to August 2023, ensuring timely delivery while effectively managing scope and budgets, as well as fostering stakeholder relationships. Ali's career began in software development, holding various positions at Media Plus Jordan and Rubicon Group Holding, focusing on e-learning solutions, multimedia development, and frontend engineering. Ali earned a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from The Hashemite University from 2004 to 2007.
