Karen Ko

Karen Ko is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various senior finance roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Florence since March 2024, Karen previously held the position of Senior Finance Director at Pleo, where responsibilities included leading teams in financial planning and analysis, and commercial finance. Karen's earlier experience includes positions at Babylon, where significant contributions were made in strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing, and at Openreach, focusing on finance management for customer services and operational costs. Karen began a career at KPMG UK, enhancing expertise in corporate finance and banking regulation. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and is a qualified member of ICAEW.
