Shannon Saunders

Shannon Saunders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare business operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at the Florida Center for Allergy & Asthma Care since April 1999. Over the years, Shannon has held multiple roles including Director of Provider Relations and Director of Front Office Operations, demonstrating expertise in workflow management, patient relationship building, and credentialing. Key accomplishments include managing the integration of onboarding processes, strategizing to improve patient flow, and maintaining high standards of accounts receivable aging across multiple locations. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College and is pursuing a Master's in Healthcare Business Administration at Florida International University. Additionally, Shannon is a certified Paramedic and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB).
