Jamaal R. Dickens, MBA, BAcc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Jamaal R. is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Florida Community Loan Fund since September 2023. Prior to this, Jamaal worked as an Accounting Leader at USIS, Inc from February 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they were the Controller at Orlando Senior Health Network from April 2021 to February 2022. Jamaal also held the role of Senior Manager of Project Development & Contracts at CareerSource Central Florida from September 2019 to March 2021 and served as the Director of Contracts at CareerSource Florida from May 2017 to September 2019. Their earlier experience includes positions such as Assistant Controller at Radiology Associates of Tallahassee from April 2015 to April 2017, Program Specialist III at The Florida Department of Education from May 2014 to April 2015, Staff Accountant I at Florida State Board of Administration from January 2013 to May 2014, and Financial Analyst III at Florida Prepaid College Board from February 2011 to January 2013.

Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Flagler College in the years 2007 to 2009. Jamaal R. also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies from Tallahassee Community College, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
