Rodney Balmes

Rodney Balmes is a dedicated youth pastor currently serving with the Illinois Conference of SDA since November 2021 and holds an additional position as a Bible Worker with the Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists since May 2021. Prior to these roles, Rodney Balmes gained valuable experience as a youth pastor with the Southern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists from September 2015 to December 2020. Rodney Balmes holds a Master's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Andrews University, obtained between June 2018 and December 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Southern Adventist University, earned from August 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, an early career in healthcare is marked by a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from AdventHealth University, achieved from June 2010 to May 2012, and foundational education received from Winter Park High School, culminating in a high school diploma in 2008.
