William Clarke

William Clarke is an experienced professional in software quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Lead at Florida Crystals since July 2022. Prior to this, William held various roles at BenTek from August 2008 to July 2022, including Software Quality Assurance & Support Manager, where responsibilities involved redesigning workflows for support and quality assurance work orders, leading QA and support teams, and engaging in senior-level software development. William also worked as a Technical Support Team Lead and Senior Software Developer, providing phone and email support, diagnosing technical issues, creating automated tests, and fixing code. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Flagler Title Company. William earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Central Florida, attending from 2001 to 2006, and previously studied at Suncoast from 1997 to 2001.
